its been confirmed face book has bought oculus rift and will very much likely ruin it as face book is not a trustworthy company and has it own agenda and has done nothing 4 the gamin community other than ridiculously crap video games....... i for one would be very displeased to see garbage pop up adds while concentrating. i heard minecraft outvright canceled all the development it had for vr becuase of face book screwups........ if oculus is gonna stab u in the back.... would you consider project morphios

i hope not i hate all that face book crap required to play ps4 games i have not used facebook book in 6 years exept for when some dumb game requires useless facebook none of their phone or counsel apps work either...what a crap company.. wow wow wow i still cant believe facebook bought vr not only is it invasive of my computer but my gaming counsel now 2

The owner of a product doesn't matter too much overall, providing the company doesn't decide to utterly kill the product. I doubt there will be things like ads integrated into the Rift. I think Morpheus is going to be junk just like the PSMove. Anyways, whenever Sony goes that route, they always fail horribly. Betamax was joke. Mini Discs didn't catch on. They tried UMDs, which is an utter failure. And of course, PSMove.
Yea Notch wasn't with it...said that facebook creeps him out for pretty much the same reason why you don't like the idea yourself.

Stating that it was Disney's hands in the pie that prevented the Amazing Spiderman from being "not terrible" is kind of silly. The reason the movie existed is because the film rights were going to revert to the owners unless a movie came out. What is the easiest way to do a Spiderman movie? Make it cheap and have it be a reboot so we don't have to think of the better Spiderman movies, well at least the other two. It doesn't matter who the hell owned Spiderman; it was going to suck because of the above stated reasons.
